Managers and senior executives had to spend a dedicated two week period, and an additional 4 weeks every year to track, assess and process employee compensation information at review times.
The Solution
VisionMAX provided a seasoned, cohesive team to deliver a solution for the client. After a comprehensive modeling session, VisionMAX designed and built a highly scalable, integrated solution based on a J2EE Java-compliant application and IBM's WebSphere technology.
